TC Beachfront Apartment is one of a kind. As our guest you not only have the use of the large Patio at the front of the apartment, you have your very own large and private front yard with direct access to the Beach from your own front gate. Manicured lawns surround the apartment, so you make the choice of whether you want to sit under the shade of a palm tree of walk across to Yorkeys Knob Beach.

With the yard fully enclosed it makes for a perfect family holiday with children. Sit back and relax on the patio whilst absorbing the glorious view of the ocean and watching your children have the space to move and play around you. Your 4 burner hooded BBQ is situated on the Patio.

Your luxury apartment comes fully self contained. The apartment boasts 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed facing the ocean, a large walk in robe, and your own television. Fantastic views can be appreciated from your bed. The en suite is second to none - large bath, separate shower, his and hers hand basins, all with quality fittings and once again with views to the ocean.

The second bedroom allows you a choice of a king bed or 2 singles. This makes our apartment perfectly suited for 2 couples and children. The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably. High chair and port-a-cot are available with a minimal hire fee.

The third bedroom has provisions for 2 single beds. Both the second and third bedroom has built in robes.

The main bathroom is situated close to the second and third bedroom and it also has a fully automatic washing machine and drier enclosed.

The open plan living area has a beautiful kitchen with all modern facilities including dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, wall oven and cook top. Two cordless phones are available for your use in the apartment. The living area is equipped with a large wide screen television, DVD player and stereo.

The apartment complex is fully secured as safety is of high importance. An in-ground salt water pool is available for your use within the complex grounds at the rear of the building.
